Great service and friendly helpful drivers.

Roli was an excellent driver and was early and the car was immaculate.

I reserved several rides with holoholo while visiting Maui. They are very reliable, on time (some were even a few minutes early), communicated with me very well, and identified the driver and what car they were driving for easy identification. Each driver I had was friendly and talkative. However, when I tried to get a ride based on “now time”, the app cycled through many many drivers without success. I ended up walking, and holoholo on their own credited the payment back to my credit card. I highly recommend reserving rides ahead of time to make sure it’s confirmed.

We needed an early morning (pre-dawn) ride from the Turo rental car parking lot to the Kauai Airport (before the Turo busses began service) and Holoholo Mobility was the ONLY rideshare ready and available to deliver us! The van was new and clean, and the driver was cheerful. Holoholo Mobility was awesome!

Mark was great. Our flight was late and he waited for us. Was quick to get to us and nice to talk to. Nice clean car too.

Driver was right on time. Car was new and clean. Well worth the money to have a safe and efficient option. This was my 2nd ride with them and both were equally great.

Our experience with holoholo was extraordinary. First of all, it was incredibly easy to schedule the two rides I needed for my trip—one from the airport to the hotel, and another back to the airport for our return flight home. Our first driver was incredibly kind while waiting for us to get off the plane. He waited nearly an hour without rushing us at all, completely understanding that our delay was due to a lack of an available dock for the plane to park and a long wait at baggage claim. Our second ride was just as excellent. The driver arrived right on time and was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend holoholo over Uber (at least while visiting the Hawaiian Islands). Great job and a wonderful experience overall. I will definitely use them again next time we visit!

This is the first time I’ve ever given any company a 5 star review. I usually don’t use ride-share apps because my friends help me out, but while on vacation in Hawaii, I needed a reliable option. After doing some research, I came across several companies, including halohalo, and I’m so glad I chose them. Scheduling was easy, and I appreciated the extra communication. I received a confirmation call for my reservation, along with a text from my driver, Moon introducing himself as my driver. My pickup time was scheduled for 2:15 PM, but Moon reached out to let me know he was nearby. Since I was ready, he was able to pick me up an hour early, which was incredibly convenient. I can’t speak for other companies, but I was truly impressed with the level of service I received. I’ll definitely be recommending halohalo to friends visiting Hawaii in the future. Thank you for making my ride-share experience such a great one!

So happy I used holoholo to avoid making the drive to and from Ma’alea Harbor myself. Marivel was punctual, an excellent driver, and all-around pleasant.

Easy to navigate the app, drivers in time and friendly service. Will use again!
