holoholo offers fixed, transparent fares without surge or waiting-time charges, regardless of location or time of day. Costs vary based on your pickup location, destination, and selected ride type.  To get an estimate before you ride, use our online booking system or download the app.

Absolutely! holoholo allows you to reserve your airport pickup or drop-off up to one year in advance, ensuring peace of mind and reliable transportation exactly when you need it.

Arrivals

We recommend you add 30 minutes to your flight arrival for airport pick-ups. This should allow you time to collect your luggage, go through customs, TSA, or other checkpoints.

As a rule, our dispatching team does track flight status and can adjust or update pick-up times based upon the flight arrival. 

Departures

Arrange your departure pickup time to be 2 1/2 hours prior to your flight departure time. This will provide sufficient time to get to the airport and through security.

We offer multiple ride options including:

• holoholo green – low-emission vehicles

• holoholo luxury – elevated ride experience featuring SUVs or premium sedans

• holoholo truck – extra room for bags, boards, or gear (available in Kona and Hilo)

Once your driver accepts the request, the app displays their name, profile photo, rating, and estimated arrival time. You’ll receive a text notification when your driver arrives. Use the phone or messaging icons within the holoholo app to directly contact your driver and share special instructions or clarify your meeting point.
