We recommend reserving an airport ride at least 7 days in advance to ensure a driver and vehicle will be ready to go when you are. Keep in mind that drivers are not allowed to wait at or circle HNL airport. If booking in advance you'll want to schedule your Honolulu airport transfer 30 minutes after your arrival time to allow for luggage collection and security checkpoints.

Arrivals

We recommend you add 30 minutes to your flight arrival for airport pick-ups. This should allow you time to collect your luggage, go through customs, TSA, or other checkpoints.

As a rule, our dispatching team does track flight status and can adjust or update pick-up times based upon the flight arrival. 

Departures

Arrange your departure pickup time to be 2 1/2 hours prior to your flight departure time. This will provide sufficient time to get to the airport and through security.

Follow the “Ground Transportation” signage to Honolulu Airport’s designated rideshare pickup area. Rideshare pickups at HNL are located in three locations:

For travel between terminals and gates at Honolulu International Airport, travelers can use the free shuttle bus.

Buses operate daily between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm between the Terminal 1, 2, and 3. Signs are posted at curbside on the ground level showing the bus stops.
