Masks are optional
Riders and drivers can choose
to wear a face cover or mask.
Open the window
Roll down the window to improve ventilation and let in the fresh air.
Sit back & relax
Give your driver space by sitting in comfortably in the back seat.
Wash your hands
Before and after you ride, always wash or sanitize your hands.
Cover your mouth & nose
If you sneeze or cough, do so into your elbow or tissue.
Tip your driver
Your driver is helping to keep your community moving. Please show your appreciation with a tip.
Driver Screenings
Before their first trip, every driver is screened for past traffic violations and given extensive background checks. Additionally, we continue to monitor the driver’s background throughout their time with us.
Share Your Trip Info
We encourage you and make it easy to share your trip information with trusted loved ones. They will get a notification with where you are going and can follow your route in real time.
Driver Ratings
Driver ratings aren’t just for fun. They help us keep tabs on who’s a good driver and who needs improvement. Also, if you rate a driver 3 stars or lower, you will never be matched with them again.
Clean, Safe Vehicles
We require all drivers to keep their vehicles clean and safe. Vehicles are cleaned between each ride with disinfectant wipes.
